Kingsway Apartments continues to prove popular with students and the property has a programme of on-going investment, to maintain high standards.

Work-force Accommodation

In response to growing demand in Dundee, we launched Dundee Digs, the only low-cost accommodation option designed specifically for work-forces. Our customers, typically workers on short-term project contracts love Dundee Digs as an alternative to hotel living. The popularity of the business continues to rise with demand often outstripping our capacity.
